Working at Alta’s Rustler Lodge is the ultimate ski job experience. Schedules allow for ample ski time. Ski-in/ski-out, on-site housing ski-in/ski-out means you can easily hit the slopes before or after your shift.

Both employees and guests return to the Rustler year after year, a testament to our friendly and supportive working environment. While at work, we expect our employees to focus on friendly customer service and professional knowledge of the job responsibilities. While not working, we encourage our employees to take advantage of the world-class skiing right out our door and become part of the Alta employee community.

Winter 2025-2026 Employment Dates

Employment dates for the 2025-2026 season will be the end of November through late April but is subject to change based on snow levels. The last day of the ski season is anticipated to be Monday, April 20, 2026.
