The Rustler Spa is open at 1 p.m. with the last treatments ending at 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Spa services and après ski hours are always very popular with our guests, so we strongly recommend making your Spa appointments when you make your lodge reservations. We ask that all appointments be guaranteed with a credit card. Walk-in appointments welcome!

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount for the time scheduled.

We recommend that you check in with the Spa Concierge at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We encourage you to shower and take advantage of the amenities prior to your service. Appointments begin on time. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for the next client.

Please inform our staff of any health concerns. Some of our treatments and the heated pools may not be appropriate during pregnancy or if you have certain health conditions.

Help us keep the Spa a sanctuary. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other Spa guests by refraining from loud voices and from using all cellular phones while at the Spa.

Robes and towels are available in guest rooms and you are welcome to come to the Spa with your robe on

Spa treatments are available to all guests 18 years of age or older. Thank you for your consideration.

Gratuity is set at 20% although guests are welcome to tip more if they would like!

The Spa has a variety of products and merchandise. Gift certificates are available for purchase. Product exchange is available for unused items within 3 days of purchase with the receipt. There are no refunds for opened or used items

Alta’s Rustler Spa is open to Rustler guests solely. All Spa services include the use of our changing facilities, including the Jacuzzis, heated pool, sauna, steam room, and showers. We invite you to arrive early and linger leisurely.
