New Booking
Room deposit is required upon booking ($1,000 per room) with the balance due 45 days prior to day of arrival.
Cancellations
Guests are responsible for all nights reserved and will be charged for all changes. Due to the nature and size of our property, it is necessary to strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations received 45 days or more prior to the planned arrival date will be refunded less a non-refundable $150 per room cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival are nonrefundable and monies will be forfeited, regardless of any reason (including, but not limited to, illness, road closures, injury), unless we can resell the room(s).
Taxes subject to change.
We highly encourage you to protect your vacation by purchasing travel insurance for all reasons (i.e., illness, injury, road closures, sick pets, etc.)
Room Accommodations
We are a ski-in/ski-out facility. Snow removal equipment and skiers may pass by your accommodations and in big snow years, the views from your room may be obstructed by snow and snow depth. We do our best to accommodate all requests; however, we do not guarantee a specific floor or room number.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is noon. If you are departing later than noon, your luggage can be placed in our luggage room until departure.
We operate on a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner daily). A meal coupon is issued to those who arrive after dinner. No refunds are given for missed meals.
Pets
Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. Per the Town of Alta’s ordinance, it is “unlawful to bring a dog within the boundaries of the Town, whether in a motor vehicle or otherwise.”
